If you forget your itemk password, click Forgot Password on the login page. Enter your email address or username. We send a password reset link to your registered email. Click the link and follow the instructions to create a new password.

The reset link expires after one hour for security. If the link has expired, request a new one. Once you have reset your password, log into your itemk account with your new credentials. If you do not receive the reset email, check your spam folder or contact our support team.

To update your payment method on itemk, log into your account and go to Settings. Select Payment Methods and click Add New Method or Edit Existing Method. Follow the prompts to link your new payment provider — DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, QRIS, BCA, Mandiri, BRI, or BNI.

Your itemk account uses your most recently added payment method for withdrawals by default. You can change this in your Payment Methods settings.
